- I enjoy doing some yoga and working out. It is one of the things that I do after I got out of the bed and eat breakfast.

I don't really have a signature outfit because it is different every day it depends to what kind of mood I am in.

Yes, I love reading. Only that I don't have the quality time to read. But my favorite by far is the trilogy series The Summer I Turned Pretty by Jenny Han.

Sunday was spent at a high school reunion of my mother. I love attending reunions even though I don't really know the people because I love seeing people with so much ache of being distant and suddenly because of a get-together, all those good memories will be retold and laugh at those
stupid decisions you made when you were younger.
I wore a chiffon maxi skirt because I feel like it and I love the maxi skirt I'm wearing right now because it has shorts beneath it so you won't get conscious wearing it.

I enjoy cooking healthy and tasty meals because I will know what ingredients I put into my meals, in that way I know that I am nourishing my body.
If you follow me on instagram and twitter (and soon to be on snapchat haha), you will find out how I enjoy breakfasts. Breakfasts make me excited every time I wake up in the morning, what I always look forward to every single day. It refuels our body from how many hours of fasting while sleeping.
Gluten-free pancakes
As seen on my instagram and twitter, I usually have this for breakfast because it gives the energy I wanted through-out the day.
Ingredients: (Good for 1 serving, approx. 4 pancakes)
- 2 eggs
- 2 bananas (1 mashed, 1 cut into coins)
- yogurt (optional)
- a pinch of cinnamon
Procedure:
- Beat the 2 eggs and combine it with the mashed banana.
- Put it in the frying pan and once brown-ish color is visible, get it out of the pan.
- Then layer the pancakes. (pancake - yogurt - banana coins - pancake - yogurt - banana coins and the rest follows). You can add some of your favorite fruits.
Overnight Oats
This is very convenient if you have insufficient time in the morning to prepare your breakfast and also taste amazing. One of my go-to breakfast because you can do it the night before.
Ingredients: (Good for 1 serving)
- 1 cup of your choice of milk. (I choose soya milk)
- 1/2 cup oats (I use whole wheat oats)
- 2 bananas (1 mashed, 1 cut into coins to be used in the morning)
- a pinch of cinnamon
- more fruits of your choice
Procedure:
- Combine the mashed banana into the milk.
- Let the oats soak into the mixed milk and banana.
- Put the mixture in the fridge and let it chill out until the next morning.
- Top it with more bananas, a pinch of cinnamon and fruits of your choice.
- Indulge!
Simple Oatmeal with Peanut Butter
This is one of my alternative if I wasn't able to make overnight oats at night time. This is also quick and easy!
Ingredients: (Good for 1 serving)
- 1/2 cup oats
- 3/4 cup hot water
- 2-3 bananas (1 mashed, 1-2 cut into coins)
- a pinch of cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp peanut butter
Procedure:
- Combine the mashed banana with the oats and you can add some cinnamon or vanilla in here.
- Put hot water into the mixture and let it be for 3-5 minutes.
- Then, add some peanut butter and more fruits into the bowl.
PB&J Toast
I bet you have heard of this.I'm completely obsessed with it the first time I've tried it. This is really simple and anyone can do this even the kids could make this for their snack.
Ingredients: (Good for 1 serving)
- 2 slices of wheat bread
- 1-2 tbsp of peanut butter
- a pinch or more of cinnamon
- 1-2 banana coins
- Any kind of jam (I've tried strawberry, mango and pineapple and everything worked good)
- yogurt (optional)
Procedure:
- Toast the wheat bread for 1-3 minutes depending on the heat.
- Spread some peanut butter and jam on the toasts and add in the banana coins on top of the toasts.
- (optional) You can add some yogurt on top of the banana coins and still it tastes amazing. I swear.
- Sprinkle some cinnamon and you are good to go.

With the title itself, it means neat and elegant. Off-shoulders are in during the summer season, especially with the hot weather and you really want to let your skin breathe. And to add a shape on my outfit, I paired it with my asymmetrical skort.

I'm so glad that my best friend finally realized that she needs/wants to try blogging. It's actually hard to do something that you like on your own but now that both of us are into it, I'm more motivated to do so, to continue what I started and to pursue what I love. PS, I didn't convinced her to follow me she only wants to try something different out of her comfort zone. And I'm glad she did. Take a look at her blog.

As I type this post, my backside of my body sores from my consistent Ashtanga yoga practice. Note that I only practice at home and some helpful YouTube videos. KinoYoga and BananaBlondie108 are my favorite yogi YouTubers and some of my inspiration is Sjana, I really adore her lifestyle.
I'm actually obsessed doing yoga. It's more of unlocking your inner mind and body, getting to know your body and physical cleanse. I love how it makes me feel flexible, stronger, energized and relaxed. Maybe I'll post my yoga journey in another post soon!
So, my Sunday went by so fast. I only stayed at home because again my body sores but still I manage to do something on a Sunday. Walking Dead, a cup of tea and afternoon light sums up my day.

Yes, I love food but not the kind of food you are thinking.
I am in love with the kind of lifestyle I have right now, nourishing the body
with fresh and healthy food, being active in doing some yoga and working out
daily. Everything goes into cycle every single day.
You might think I’m too
young for this but there is no such thing as too young in making yourself better and choosing what is best for
you. Invest on yourself more because you are important and you matter. Everyone should
feel that way. That everyone is entitled of something and every single person
matter. We should take care of ourselves because we are given this wonderful
opportunity to live with the abundance of life.
So you might be wondering what do I eat in a day? Hmmm, here’s a usual day to me.
To start my day, I drink 1 glass of fresh calamansi juice
before eating my breakfast to detoxify my body and I wait for 30
minutes before I eat my breakfast. What I do in 30 minutes, is to make my
breakfast. I usually go for gluten-free pancakes with lots of bananas and
yogurt or overnight oats or PB & banana toast or the simple oatmeal recipe (oats,
banana, cinnamon, PB and sometimes I add an egg) and here's what I got today.
FOR BREAKFAST:
What I have for breakfast is oatmeal with some bananas and yogurt sprinkled with cinnamon and a fresh calamansi juice to detoxify my body. Breakfast ideas will be up soon!
FOR POST-WORKOUT SNACK:
Usually, when I'm done eating my breakfast. I do some workouts and yoga. So, I get hungry after getting some sweat. My post-workout snack is apple and a mint tea. You have to eat something especially with good carb+protein snack after working out to enhance growth and repair on the muscles.
FOR LUNCH:
I just go for some toasted whole wheat bread with organic spread and egg. I'm obsessed with organic spreads I have now, the Honey spread and Malunggay spread which is surprisingly tasty and yummy! My mother got it from Bohol Bee farm. It is actually filling and can last me for dinner.
FOR AFTERNOON SNACK:
I don't actually get hungry during the afternoon. I think it's because of what I eat on the last meal that made me full. So, I only grab a handful of nuts while doing something that made me busy during the afternoon.
FOR DINNER:
I love the fresh Chinese lumpia that is found in grocery stores. It is filled with nuts, carrots and a lot more vegetables inside the wrap. It is healthy and absolutely delicious. It is my favorite go-to lunch/dinner when I'm rushing and my savior when I go to malls and I don't know what to eat haha yes, it is hard to find healthy options everywhere.
There you have it! A glimpse of what I eat in a day though it is not what I eat always. It is what I have today. It's good to have a variety of food to eat everyday because you cannot consume all the nutrients and minerals you need for your body in a day. A variety of colorful meal is important! And always always ask yourself before eating, is this good for my body or I'm just simply eating and just absorb all that destroys my body? Thank you for reaching this far of the post!

It is my first time to try this Sunday Currently thing and thought I should give it a try. Sundays are made for a family quality time and a chill day for me to just stay at home and do something out of the day. So this Sunday Currently thing might give you a hint on what my Sundays are made of.
I can almost feel the feels of being a college student and it is stressing me out inside to be honest. I still remember when I was so excited to enter college and all of a sudden feel sad leaving high school. Ironic isn't it? I really don't know why and how to explain what I feel. I think it's because it's hard to let go of the things you are used to and just adapt to change. Because life is all about change.
Today, I woke up before the alarm again and today I woke up 1 hour and 30 minutes before the alarm. My body clock, okay. And I made some gluten-free pancakes with bananas and peanut butter for breakfast. I love nanas and peanut butter. I am nothing on a day without them.

N E E D I N G to be productive and to not waste time on the internet because that's what I always do. I have to do the things that needed to be done and make myself productive during the summer.
