Camaïeu is a French word meaning monochrome. For some people, they like monochrome because it looks simple yet elegant and gorgeous with just black and white palette. 

Monochrome has been a trend nowadays as seen in, runways, magazines and social medias. The transition of bright neon to dark black and light white is ironic. Although, my outfit is 

not fully monochromatic because of the bag that I'm using, it looks somehow haha.
