How to have a clear skin + DIY skincare routine

9:22 PM

I've been getting a lot of compliments and questions about how I take care of my skin so I guess I should write about this. To tell you honestly, I had a really bad skin before I had pimples everywhere and who wants that anyway? So here's some tips to have a clear skin:

  1. Don't touch your face as possible especially if you're hands are unclean, that's the rule. Why? because our hands are loaded with bacteria that can clog up your pores. You may see your hands clean but you can't see bacteria.
  2. Drink loads of water everyday, it is a natural cleanser. Thus, making your skin clear from breakouts.
  3. Switch your sodas/juice packs to water and fresh juice. It's loaded with a lot of sugar that can cause a lot of breakouts.
  4. Eat a healthy diet. A healthy inside will result to a healthy skin and hair. So don't feed yourself with "junk foods" if you don't want to have a bad skin and hair.
  5. Exercise regularly.
  6. Protect yourself from the sun. Use sunscreen or wear caps and sunglasses.
  7. Follow a skincare routine. Cleanse, Exfoliate, Tone, and Moisturize. (DIY skincare below)
  8. Smile more and think positively!

DIY SKINCARE

Why DIY? Its cheap, effective and its safer to use than on the store products because of some chemicals they put onto their products.

Cleanser (1-2 times a day):
Toner (twice a day after taking a bath):
Moisturizer (twice a day after putting toner onto face):
  • olive oil or any essential oils like tea tree oils or coconut oil
For now, this is some of my skincare tips and DIY skincare routine. Hope this helps a lot to people who have been suffering from acne, blemishes and etc.
